I'm dealing with Nevus of Ota on my right eye and was being treated at AIIMS Delhi, where I saw a lot of improvement. Unfortunately, I had to stop the treatment because I moved to Bangalore. Could you help me find a good, experienced doctor here in Bangalore for this condition? I'm really looking for someone who can pick up where my treatment left off. Any advice would be appreciated.

I've been a bit concerned since I woke up with some lesions near my lip after going on a trip last weekend where I played in the mud and a dirty river. They don't hurt or itch, and I don't have a fever or anything. Someone mentioned it could be Herpes Labialis, and I've been using Herpex cream which seems to have helped as the lesions are almost gone after 7 days. I'm just wondering if this really sounds like it was Herpes or if there's a chance it could be something else?

Yes that could be Herpes infection, and you have used the right cream, visit Dermatologist for further management

I'm really worried about my father's health. He's been on a lot of medications and injections for his psoriasis, and he also has arthritis. If he starts taking Aprezo, how long would he need to stay on it? Are we talking months or years? This is really important to know.

Aprezo (Apremilast) is a medication for psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. The treatment duration varies depending on individual response and tolerability. _Typical Treatment Duration_ 1. _Induction phase_: 5 days to 1 week (initial dose escalation) 2. _Maintenance phase_: Ongoing, as long as the medication is effective and well-tolerated _Monitoring and Adjustments_ 1. Regular follow-ups with your doctor to assess response and adjust dosage as needed 2. Monitoring for potential side effects, such as diarrhea, nausea, or headache

I'm really concerned because every time I drink alcohol, I start itching all over my body afterwards. Like, last week, I had some beer, and two days later, the itching began. Is this normal, or should I be worried about an allergic reaction or something? I'd really appreciate your advice on what might be causing this.

This itching may be due to alcohol-induced urticaria, which is a type of skin reaction that can occur after consuming alcohol. I recommend taking an antihistamine such as Cetirizine 10mg once daily to help relieve the itching. Additionally, you can apply a soothing lotion like Calamine lotion to the affected areas. If the itching persists or worsens, please consult a doctor for further evaluation and management.
