Can I use Halox lotion for a full month? My doctor recommended it to help with telogen effluvium. Are there any potential side effects if I use it for that long? Will it actually be beneficial for my situation?

- Prolonged use can lead to skin thinning and systemic absorption risks.
- Consider skin sensitivity, especially in a 19-year-old male.
-
Benefits and Effectiveness for Telogen Effluvium

Recommendations and Precautions
- Follow the doctor's instructions carefully.
- Monitor for side effects and consult a doctor if adverse effects occur or if no improvement is seen.

I've been using Melacare cream for my acne scars for the past 7 months, and it's really helped lighten them and even my complexion by about 2 tones. But I'm worried because whenever I try to stop using it, my skin gets super irritated, I get lots of tiny white bumpy acne around my mouth, and my skin turns darker than it used to be. I'm 22 and also dealing with PCOS and a vitamin D deficiency. What can I do to solve this problem once and for all?
continue same medications, lipid panel is advised and physician opinion..
