Can I use RetinA micro gel 0.04 on the skin of my penis to treat small pimples or these Fordyce spots? I'm really curious to know if it's safe and effective.

I'm a 22-year-old woman living in a small town in Maharashtra. I've struggled with acne in the past, and while it's under control now, I'm left with scars on my face. Do you have any easy and quick home remedies for fading these acne scars?

Clinsol gel for local application is advised for 3-6 weeks.

I've been dealing with this moderate acne issue for a while now because of my PCOS. I'm taking OCs and everything seemed to be under control, but now it's flaring up again. My doctor put me on Isotretinoin 10mg daily for a month and also suggested I use topical tretinoin 0.025mg once a day. Is it okay to use these two treatments together or should I be cautious about using them at the same time?

Yes you can use it no problem, follow your doctors advice

I've noticed the skin around my fingernails has turned black and there's also some darkness on my thumbnails. I'm really worried about it and I'm not sure how to make them lighter. What do you suggest I do?

The skin around your nails and the black discoloration on your thumb nails could be due to a fungal infection or trauma. I recommend using an antifungal cream for the skin around your nails and applying a topical antifungal solution on your thumb nails. Keep your hands clean and dry, and avoid any further trauma to the nails. If the condition persists, consult a dermatologist for further evaluation and management.
