View allI am a 45 year old housewife and have been diagnosed with Grade 2 spondylolisthesis. I have been undergoing physiotherapy for some time and also using hot water fomentation for relief. Additionally, my recent blood reports show a high platelet count and low hemoglobin levels, for which I am currently taking medication.
