View allHad surgery for primary obstructive mega ureter two months ago where they also removed two stones. Still have five stones left in my kidney, and recovery's been rough. Now they found a urethral stricture and dilated it two weeks back. Should I be worried about the remaining stones or the stricture coming back? What's the next step here?

I've got some meftal spas tablets at home. Is it okay to take them for kidney stone pain since my family doctor prescribed them to me before? I'm a bit worried and want to make sure it's safe.

I've had phimosis since I was born and I'm really worried about it. Is there any way to treat it without going through surgery? I'm not sure what options are out there and I'd like to avoid an operation if possible. Can you suggest any non-surgical treatments that actually work?
Phimosis can be treated with steroid creams like betamethasone plus stretching; if no improvement in weeks, circumcision is safest permanent option.
