I'm 18 and uncircumcised but can retract my foreskin fine. Do I still need surgery to remove it? Sometimes I feel a burning sensation when peeing but not always what should I do about that?

Can homeopathic treatment effectively cure bladder neck hypertrophy without needing surgery I'm worried about surgical options and looking for alternatives that might work
Alpha-blocker drug therapy is usually the first step in treating bladder neck obstruction. Alpha-blockers, such as tamsulosin or alfuzosin, can help to relax the bladder muscles. A second type of medication, 5-alpha-reductase inhibitors, may also be prescribed to treat bladder neck obstruction.

I'm really concerned about the size of my testiclesthey're only about 3cm in length and look more like grapes. I've talked to my local doctor, and he confirmed that they're small. I'm worried if this means my sperm count could be affected. Is there any way to increase their size to something more normal without needing surgery?
.sperm production takes place in testicles.. But you just need 20 million sperm per ml for fertility... There are chances even when sperm count is less than that... So get semen analysis done in diagnostic and consult general physician in nearest hospital.
