My dad's ultrasound shows his prostate is enlarged at 56x51x50 mm with a volume of 77.7 cc. The doctor suggested surgery, but I'm wondering if medication could work instead is the size too big for meds to help?

View allI'm having a bit of an issue and I'm really concerned. During intercourse, I noticed that the foreskin on my penis gets cut at the lower inner joint. It bleeds quite a lot when it happens, although it does stop eventually. This has been worrying me since it first happened about 34 days ago. The cut is still open and in the process of healing. I'm also diabetic, which I know might make things a bit more complicated. Is this something serious? Should I be considering seeing a doctor about this?
It's important to get the cut checked by a doctor, especially with diabetes, as healing can be slower, and there's a risk of infection. If it's not healing properly or if you experience pain, swelling, or redness, please consult a healthcare professional for proper care.

I've been diagnosed with frenulum breve and one surgeon recommended circumcision while another suggested frenuloplasty I'm really confused about which option is better for my condition. Could you help me understand the pros and cons of each?
Circumcision can also help in treating the tight frenulum. But, not only the frenulum, it removes the entire foreskin of the penis. Therefore, frenuloplasty is the best treatment option for tight frenulum. It does not affect the rest of the foreskin and leaves it intact
