What's the most effective treatment for a transsphincteric anal fistula with a secondary tract should I go for kshar sutra therapy or opt for fistulotomy surgery? I'm really confused about which one would work better for my condition.

Non-surgical options like topical ointments, Botox injections, or blood pressure medications can be effective in some cases and may be tried before surgery.
