Can side effects from using a steroid cream on my face show up even 12 years later? I used Lobate cream a couple of times, not realizing it was a steroid, but that was about 2 years ago. Now my skin is often red and itchy. Could this be from that cream?

I'm really struggling with my oily and pimple-prone skin. I've been using Episoft AC sunscreen as both a moisturizer and sunscreen in the morning, but now I'm unsure about what to use in the evening. Since the product has SPF, should I continue using it in the evening, or is it better to switch to something else? Would love some advice!
