Can someone have tuberculosis without showing a cough? I've been feeling unwell lately, but I don't have a cough, and now I'm worried it might be TB. What are the other symptoms I should look out for if it's not just a typical cold or something? I'm a little confused.

View allI've been dealing with some breathing issues lately, like I get short of breath and feel pain in my ribs and lungs whenever I take a deep breath. I also feel a lot more tired than usual, and it's weird because I don't really feel like eating much anymore. This has been going on for about two months now. Could this be something serious, or is it maybe just stress or something else?
