I've had asthma since I was a kid and I'm currently on LABA ICS. I recently checked my IgE levels, and they came back at 4300. Should I be worried about this? What steps can I take to address it?

I've been diagnosed with lymph node tuberculosis and my doctor prescribed Rcinex 600, Ethambutol, and Pyrazinamide. The instructions were to take the meds in the morning and wait an hour before eating. I've been diligent but my timing is a bit off, usually taking them between 7-10 AM and eating 2-3 hours later. Is this alright? Are there any risks of developing multidrug-resistant TB because of this timing? Would love some advice.
