Can spermatocele be treated effectively with Ayurvedic medicines or is surgery the only option to get rid of the cyst
Answered by 1 Apollo Doctors
Most spermatoceles remain small in size and cause few or no symptoms. You don't need treatment if a spermatocele doesn't cause pain or discomfort. If you have long-term pain or discomfort, a provider may recommend surgery to get rid of a spermatocele

View allI recently realized I have an undescended right testicle I can feel it just above the penis on that side. Is it still possible to descend the testicle at my age? If surgery is an option, how do I bring this up with my parents? Also, will having one testicle affect my sperm count or sexual health in the long run? Can I still have a normal sex life with just one?
Yes, surgery (orchiopexy) may still be an option depending on your age and the position of the testicle—consult a urologist for evaluation. It’s best to discuss this openly with your parents as it’s a common condition. Having one healthy testicle is usually enough for normal sperm production and sexual function. Most men with one testicle lead a completely normal sex life and can father children.

My right testicle has gotten really big and sometimes hurts. Could something be wrong? Would I need surgery or is there another way to fix this?
cost depends on dr and hospital.

I'm really concerned about a small bump under my penis glan, right by the frenulum. It's a tiny yellow-white spot, doesn't hurt, and isn't itchy at all. I noticed it when I pulled back my foreskin, and it's been there for about three yearsit was around then that I first realized it. I've never been married or sexually active, so I'm a bit confused about what it could be. I think it might be a Tyson gland but I'm not sure. Does this need any kind of treatment? It's starting to make me anxious, and I'd really appreciate your expert advice.
Thats unsual and needs Physical examination, visit urologist for the same
