I'm 15 and my lower jaw is overgrown on one side. It doesn't affect chewing or cause sleep apnea but I'm really self-conscious about how it looks. I'm pretty small for my age at 4'10 and haven't grown in about a year. Since braces aren't an option, should I wait until I'm 18 for corrective surgery or is it okay to do it now?
