Can you share more details about the surgery I need, like what exactly it involves and how long recovery usually takes? Also wondering which hospital would be best for this procedure and why you'd recommend them - do they have special expertise or better success rates? Could you also give me an idea about the costs and if there are any package deals or membership options that might help with expenses

I've been noticing some pus coming out of small openings on my back and my local GP mentioned it could be a pilonidal sinus, saying surgery might be the only option. I'm a bit worried is surgery really necessary or are there other treatments I could try first? What should I expect if I do need surgery?
Pilonidal sinus usually requires surgery for a cure; early cases might respond to hygiene and antibiotics but recurrence is common without surgery.

I have multiple fibroadenomas in both breasts with sizes ranging from 5.6mm to 16mm and some small simple cysts too. The report says the lesions are well-circumscribed and the background tissue looks normal. Should I consider surgery for these or can they be managed with medications? What are the risks if I go for surgery?
Fibroadenomas are usually benign and don't require surgery unless they cause pain or changes in size. Discuss with your doctor about whether monitoring or surgery is the best option.
