I have multiple fibroadenomas in both breasts with sizes ranging from 5.6mm to 16mm and some small simple cysts too. The report says the lesions are well-circumscribed and the background tissue looks normal. Should I consider surgery for these or can they be managed with medications? What are the risks if I go for surgery?

Fibroadenomas are usually benign and don't require surgery unless they cause pain or changes in size. Discuss with your doctor about whether monitoring or surgery is the best option.

I have a pilonidal sinus and need to get it surgically removed. Are there any surgeons in Mumbai who specialize in cleft lift surgery for pilonidal cysts? I really don't want to go for closed or open wound surgery only cleft lift. Any recommendations would help since I need to figure this out soon.

needs P/E for better advice.

I found out I have a 7mm stone in my gallbladder. I'm wondering if it's something that can be treated with medicine or if surgery is the only option. I just had a baby boy through normal delivery on December 31, 2016, and I'm concerned about going through surgery while still needing to breastfeed. Is it safe to have surgery and continue feeding my baby?

A 7mm gallbladder stone may require surgical removal, especially if it's causing pain or complications. If you need surgery, it's essential to discuss with your doctor whether its safe to breastfeed post-surgery. In most cases, you can resume breastfeeding once you've recovered, but your healthcare provider will guide you on the specific timing.
