My dad has had an inguinal hernia near his groin area for the past 4 years and sometimes faces discomfort but refuses surgery. Could this lead to serious issues if left untreated? We're now considering surgery what's the best type for his condition and who are the top doctors for this in Ludhiana?

An untreated inguinal hernia can enlarge, causing increased pain and discomfort. It could also become incarcerated (stuck) or strangulated (blood flow cut off), leading to severe pain, vomiting, and even a bowel obstruction requiring emergency surgery

I have a double hernia on both sides and I'm really worried about which surgery option open or laparoscopic would give me a permanent fix with no chance of it coming back. Is there one that offers a lifetime guarantee?
both

The surgery wound from my perianal pus removal a month ago hasn't fully healed yet and there's a small bump on one side - could that be fat? I attached a picture, how much longer might it take to heal completely and what can I do to help it heal faster so I can get back to normal
Bump may be granulation or fat—keep clean, sitz baths, and recheck with surgeon if healing doesn’t progress.
