Is chronic prostatitis really dangerous and how can it be treated? Would I need surgery for it or are there other options?

View allI'm really concerned about a small bump under my penis glan, right by the frenulum. It's a tiny yellow-white spot, doesn't hurt, and isn't itchy at all. I noticed it when I pulled back my foreskin, and it's been there for about three yearsit was around then that I first realized it. I've never been married or sexually active, so I'm a bit confused about what it could be. I think it might be a Tyson gland but I'm not sure. Does this need any kind of treatment? It's starting to make me anxious, and I'd really appreciate your expert advice.
