I'm really concerned about a small bump under my penis glan, right by the frenulum. It's a tiny yellow-white spot, doesn't hurt, and isn't itchy at all. I noticed it when I pulled back my foreskin, and it's been there for about three yearsit was around then that I first realized it. I've never been married or sexually active, so I'm a bit confused about what it could be. I think it might be a Tyson gland but I'm not sure. Does this need any kind of treatment? It's starting to make me anxious, and I'd really appreciate your expert advice.

My penis has been bleeding when I pee, and I'm really worried. About ten days ago, I had really intense sex twice, and there was bleeding on that day, February 10th. The bleeding stopped that day, but after that, I just felt a lot of pain in my penis. Then yesterday, out of nowhere, there was bleeding again, especially at the end when I was trying to urinate, and it was super painful. I couldnt handle it at all. I'm really stressed out about what's going on. Could you suggest what I should do?

The bleeding and pain during urination, especially after intense sexual activity, may indicate a urethral injury, urethritis, or a sexually transmitted infection (STI); immediately seek medical attention from a urologist or a healthcare provider to rule out any serious conditions; in the meantime, drink plenty of water, avoid sex, and apply a warm compress to the affected area to alleviate discomfort; delaying medical attention can lead to further complications, so prioritize your health and seek help as soon as possible.

I'm worried because I'm not seeing any sperm when I masturbate, and I'm dealing with a kidney stone located at the junction of my urethra and bladder. Could this stone be blocking sperm flow or affecting it somehow? What's going on here?

once stones pass the bladder neck they will come down easily through urethra,, and if you are passing urine then they is no block there. Drink plenty of urine it will push any stones (small enough to pass bladder neck), will pass through urethra
