I'm really concerned about a small bump under my penis glan, right by the frenulum. It's a tiny yellow-white spot, doesn't hurt, and isn't itchy at all. I noticed it when I pulled back my foreskin, and it's been there for about three yearsit was around then that I first realized it. I've never been married or sexually active, so I'm a bit confused about what it could be. I think it might be a Tyson gland but I'm not sure. Does this need any kind of treatment? It's starting to make me anxious, and I'd really appreciate your expert advice.

Surgery recommended methods are shock wave lithotripsy, ureteroscopy, percutaneous nephrolitomy etc depending on the stone size. Here ureteroscopy is advised.

I'm a bit worried because my sperm doesn't seem to shoot out like I thought it should. Is this a problem I should be concerned about? Also, how many times is it normal to ejaculate in one night?
I think it is normal that your sperm doesnt shoot out. In my experience the volume and power of ejaculation varies from orgasm to orgasm.Masturbation habit is a safe and healthy sexual practice before marriage. But masturbation not more than twice a week is ideal.

I'm a bit worried about my recent urine test results. It says there are 50 leukocytes in my urine. Does this indicate a mild, medium, or high infection? And should I be concerned about whether the infection is mild or severe? Got a test report too, if that helps. Would appreciate any advice.
