I had phimosis surgery 5 days ago but still have some issues there's swelling near the stitches at the back of my penis like dropsy. Is this normal or could it cause problems? Also noticing slight bleeding but not much pain should I see a doctor or is this common after surgery?

View allI had a circumcision two weeks ago, and my wound is starting to heal with stitches coming off. But now, I'm feeling like my penis glans are super sensitive, and when they touch my pants, it's pretty uncomfortable. Is there anything I can do to reduce this sensitivity, or will it eventually go away on its own?
it takes 2 to 3 weeks

My foreskin is really tight and sealed, and the tip stays very narrow and closed no matter what. From what I've read online, it sounds like phimosis. I don't have any pain when peeing though. Who should I see about this and what's the usual treatment? Would I need surgery right away?
If you're uncircumcised and your foreskin is too tight, you may have phimosis. While symptoms may be uncomfortable, you can treat phimosis with topical medications or it may go away with age. Usually, the foreskin of an uncircumcised penis can be pulled back from the head (glans) of the penis

I'm worried because I tore my frenulum a few days ago, and I'm wondering how long it'll take to heal. How can I tell when it's fully healed?
The healing time for a torn frenulum can vary depending on the severity of the tear. In general, it may take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks for the frenulum to heal completely. You will know it is healed when the pain and any bleeding have stopped, and the skin appears to be fully healed without any open wounds or scabs. To help with the healing process, you can keep the area clean and dry, avoid any activities that may cause further injury, and consider using over-the-counter pain relievers like ibuprofen to manage any discomfort. If you experience persistent pain, excessive bleeding, or signs of infection, it is important to seek medical attention.
