I'm a 23-year-old student and lately, I've noticed that I'm struggling with erectile dysfunction. It's been a concern for me since last year. I don't know if it's related, but I do drink beer about three times a week. Could this be affecting me? I'm really looking for some advice on what steps I should take next.

It's important to address erectile dysfunction with a holistic approach. Regular beer consumption can sometimes affect performance, so consider reducing it. I recommend speaking with a healthcare professional to explore potential causes like stress, hormonal imbalances, or lifestyle factors, and get personalized advice for effective treatment.

I'm really struggling with some issues regarding my penis. It seems to have gotten quite small, and I feel awkward when I'm peeing because I make an effort to hide it from others. When it does get hard, it's not as firm as I'd like, and I often experience early leakage. Can you guide me on what might be happening and suggest possible solutions?

The typical erect penis is usually 5 to 6 inches long with a circumference of 4 to 5 inches. There's more variation in the size of flaccid penises. Some guys are genuinely smaller than that. In rare cases, genetics and hormone problems cause a condition called micropenis ...Sometimes Peyronie's disease can reduce a guy's size. Losing weight will reveal more of that hidden shaft that's buried beneath belly fat. It doesn't actually increase your size, but it will look that way..

I've been experiencing a burning sensation when I pee and I've also noticed semen leakage during urination. I already had my urine tested, but the results came back normal. I'm wondering what might be causing these symptoms and what I should do next. Could it be something serious?

Burning sensation in urine and semen leakage while urinating can be indicative of a urinary tract infection or a sexually transmitted infection. Since your urine test did not show any abnormalities, I would recommend taking a course of antibiotics such as Ciprofloxacin 500mg twice daily for 7-10 days to treat a possible infection. Additionally, you can take an anti-inflammatory medication like Ibuprofen 400mg three times a day to help with the burning sensation. Make sure to drink plenty of water to help flush out any infection. If symptoms persist, further evaluation may be needed.
