I'm wondering if masturbating twice a day could be affecting my weight. I'm aiming to gain weight and I've been hitting the gym every day. Does masturbation have any impact on building muscles or weight gain?

Masturbation does not directly cause weight loss or hinder muscle growth. To gain weight and improve muscle mass, you should focus on a balanced diet rich in protein and healthy fats, along with a consistent workout routine at the gym. Consider adding a protein supplement

I had ZSR circumcision surgery on 22nd February and all the staples along with the silicon ring have fallen off except one small part still hanging and attached to the skin. It hurts a little when I try to remove it so I'm scared pulling it might cause problems. Can I safely pull it off? Also, am I okay to resume sexual activities like intercourse or masturbation now?

If it’s not falling off naturally, leave it—don’t pull; see your surgeon for removal and resume sex only after complete healing.

I'm dealing with epididymitis that I found out about a month ago. I started antibiotics back then and the swelling went down a bit. Then my doctor switched me to a milder antibiotic, but after a week, the swelling didn't go away and actually got worse, turning into a hydrocele. So my doctor put me back on the old antibiotics. I've got a bunch of questions on my mind. Is epididymitis something that can actually be cured? And if so, how long should I expect it to take? What kind of care should I be taking, like should I change my diet or exercise routine? Is jogging, running, or hitting the gym something I can do? Are there specific foods or activities I need to steer clear of? Could this condition affect my sexual or married life? What precautions should I be taking? How about personal care, any specific things I need to focus on? Also, my doctor prescribed tablets that cost 100 Rs each; do antibiotics really cost that much?
