I got my period after almost three months, on 15th July. Since then, I have been experiencing an electrical chill sensation on my scalp and tingling on my face below the eyebrows and lips. I consulted a neurosurgeon 8 days ago, described these symptoms, and was prescribed Nuhenz for 15 days with advice to follow up afterward. The electrical chill and tingling have now reduced by 50 to 60 percent. Recently, due to cold weather, I kept cotton in my ears for three days continuously, and now I hear a ringing sound in my left ear when in a quiet space.
Additional notes: I had gum bleeding in the front teeth and visited a dentist, who found inflammation and cleaned my teeth. My blood report shows very low Vitamin D and slightly higher than normal TSH levels.
Kindly let me know what could be causing these symptoms and what I should do next.

My unmarried relative has been suffering from nerve tingling on the left side of her body, from head to toes, including the left side of her back. A local doctor prescribed a course of 7 injections in the elbow area, but after taking them, she is now feeling even more tingling. I have attached her blood report for your review. Could anemia be diagnosed from CBC test results?

Yes, you can be anemic if your heamoglobin levels are less than 12 in women and 13 in men.
