View allI recently underwent Vamanam, Virechana, and Vasti. Since childhood, I have experienced very poor concentration, difficulty with memory retention (especially verbal), wrinkled and dry skin, continuous gas and bloating. After these three Panchakarma treatments, I felt some improvement, especially in memory retention, though the issue still persists. An allopathy doctor reviewed my blood report and mentioned that I lack certain enzymes and minerals essential for metabolism. He also suggested I may have fatty liver or chronic fatty liver, which could lead to toxins in the blood affecting brain concentration, thinking, and memory. Would undergoing Raktamokshana help me?

I recently did a blood test for WBC, hemoglobin, thyroid, and calcium. My results are: WBC count: 10,400 Vitamin B12: 250 Hemoglobin: 15.1 Other values were normal. I showed the report to two doctors, but I still feel confused. Are these reports normal, or is something wrong? Please help
