Could you help me figure out how to lighten the skin between my thighs? It's gotten darker, maybe from friction or wearing tight jeans. Also, near the scrotum, the skin is darker because I had ringworm there as a child. What can I do about this?

View allI've noticed that whenever I drink buttermilk, I seem to break out with acne on my face. Is it possible that the buttermilk is causing this? I'm really not sure what's going on and would appreciate some advice. Could there be a connection between the two?
it's not related to that

I'm having trouble finding Dipsalic F ointment at medical stores since they said it's not being made anymore. I've been using it for an allergic reaction, and nothing else I've tried is as effective. Can you suggest the best substitute for this ointment? I'm really concerned about finding something that works as well.
Since Dipsalic F ointment is unavailable, I'll suggest some alternatives with similar ingredients: *Alternatives with Salicylic Acid and Urea* 1. *Ursal 10% Ointment*: Contains urea (10%) and salicylic acid (3%). 2. *Keralyt 5% Gel*: Has salicylic acid (5%) and urea (10%). 3. *Salex 6% Cream*: Contains salicylic acid (6%) and might be suitable for allergic areas. *Other Options* 1. *CeraVe Renewing SA Cleanser*: A gentle cleanser with salicylic acid (2%) and hyaluronic acid. 2. *Eucerin Advanced Repair Cream*: A rich moisturizer with urea (10%) and ceramides

I've been using Panderm Plus for a couple of years and recently took a break from it. Almost immediately, I started getting pimples. I checked in with a doctor who recommended some tablets. I'm curiouswhat might the side effects be, how can I avoid them, and how long might it take for my skin to clear up?
Clinsol gel for local application is advised for 3-6 weeks.
