I've just started using Lomela cream and Im really curious about a few things. Is Lomela actually good for my skin? How long is it safe for me to keep using it? Once my pigmentation improves, should I stop using it altogether? Also, I'm worried that if I discontinue using Lomela, might my acne come back because my skin has gotten used to the cream? I'd love to get some advice on this.

Lomela is a topical cream that contains a combination of hydroquinone, tretinoin, and mometasone. It is commonly used to treat hyperpigmentation issues such as melasma, dark spots, and skin discoloration. The hydroquinone in Lomela helps to lighten the skin, while tretinoin promotes skin cell turnover and mometasone reduces inflammation. However, it is important to use Lomela under the guidance of a healthcare professional as prolonged use can have side effects like skin thinning and irritation. How long can I use this? The duration of Lomela use should be determined by your healthcare provider based on your skin condition. It is usually not recommended to use hydroquinone-containing products for more than 3-4 months continuously. Should I skip the usage after my pigmentation problem got reduced? Once your pigmentation issue has improved, your healthcare provider may advise you to gradually reduce the frequency of Lomela application or switch to a milder maintenance treatment to prevent relapse. After the discontinuation, is there any possibility that my acne problems have started again for the discontinuation as the skin has already adopted the cream? There is a possibility that acne problems may reoccur after discontinuing Lomela, especially if the underlying cause of acne is not addressed. It is important to follow a proper skincare routine and consult with your healthcare provider for alternative acne management strategies to prevent breakouts post-discontinuation of Lomela.

I'm on holiday in Egypt and I've been feeling like there are bugs or ants crawling on my back, but when I check, there's nothing there. It's really weird and kind of freaking me out. On top of that, I'm also dealing with constipation in the lower abdomen. What could be causing these symptoms together?

I noticed these white patches on the back of my neck and I'm not sure what they are. Could you give me an idea of what they might be and suggest any medications or treatments that could help?
That could be fungal infection which needs both oral and topical antifungal medications and personal hygiene is more important for such condition.
