Dear Doctor, A patient aged 70 has been experiencing continuous pain and swelling in the upper right foot and toes for the past month. There is no history of diabetes or high blood pressure. Recent investigations show: Blood report: normal, X-ray: normal, Vitamin D: normal, Uric acid: normal and NCV (both lower limbs): normal. The pain temporarily subsides with painkillers but returns after a few hours. Could you please advise what further tests or evaluations are recommended and how we can diagnose the cause? Thank you.

Persistent foot pain despite normal blood, X ray, and vitamin D levels may indicate early arthritis, nerve compression, or vascular insufficiency. Consider MRI or Doppler to look deeper. Rule out inflammatory arthritis.

View allI am experiencing pain in my left hand, wrist, and fingers, with difficulty moving my fingers. There is slight pain in my right hand and in the middle three toes of my left foot, along with left knee pain that causes a grinding sound during movement and difficulty climbing stairs. I also feel a burning sensation in my feet and neck pain when turning left or right. My blood tests for rheumatoid arthritis and gout came back negative. I do not drink alcohol or smoke, and I am slightly overweight. Despite this, some doctors are suggesting it might be rheumatoid arthritis, but I am confused given my test results. I would like guidance on what could be causing these symptoms and what steps I should take next.

I have attached my RF Turbidimetry test report. I am 22 years old and weigh 103 kg. Is this normal? If not, what should I do? Is this reversible?

My RA factor test report is positive. I have been experiencing joint pain in my fingers for the last two days. Six months ago, I visited a specialist at NH Hospital, who said there were no symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis.
