Dear Sir/Madam, I went for a basic lipid profile test to understand my cholesterol levels. My report shows total cholesterol 216, triglycerides 257, HDL 39.40, LDL direct 107, VLDL 69.60, and non HDL 176.60. Please provide some insights and advice regarding the same?

Triglycerides are high and HDL low both increase heart risk. Focus on weight control, reduce carbs/sugar, avoid alcohol, and increase physical activity. Re test after 3 months. Statins may be needed if not improving.
