Dear Sir/Madam, my mother has high cholesterol. As per her latest blood report, it is 248. She is 58 years old. Please suggest foods and dietary control. Regards, Pramila Patil

Total cholesterol is high. Limit fried foods, saturated fats, red meat, sweets. Encourage oats, fiber, nuts, fruits. Walking 30 mins daily helps. Recheck in 3 months.

My recent test results are: FBS: 120, PPBS: 167, Total cholesterol: 233, HDL: 45, LDL: 152, Non HDL cholesterol: 188. Are these results concerning for blood sugar and cholesterol levels? Please advise.
