I consulted a doctor who prescribed Febustat 40, Uprise D3 60K, Supracal HD, and Neurobion Forte. I have been on these medicines for the past two days but have not seen any relief yet. I was also advised to consult a cardiologist. My BP is normal, and I do not have any discomfort otherwise. I walk briskly for an hour every morning, though I am mostly sedentary during the rest of the day. I have been following a Keto diet for almost a year, during which my diabetes reversed and I lost 21 kg rapidly, all within a few weeks. I am now maintaining my weight with the same diet. I would like to get advice from a Keto friendly doctor regarding my swelling issue.
