Did having dengue fever six months ago have any long-term effects on my sex life? I've been worried if it might still be impacting my health in some way. I'm just not sure if that's why things feel a bit different now. Could there be any connection?

Dengue fever itself does not directly affect one's sex life, but the physical and emotional exhaustion, fatigue, and weakness that can linger for several months after recovery may impact libido, erectile function

Having had dengue fever six months ago is unlikely to cause long-term effects on your sex life for most men. Dengue is primarily an acute viral illness that typically resolves without lasting damage. However, some people may experience prolonged fatigue or weakness after recovery, which could temporarily affect sexual desire or performance.
Key points to consider:
- Fatigue and recovery: Post-viral fatigue can last weeks to months, potentially reducing energy levels and libido.
- No direct impact on sexual organs: Dengue does not usually affect reproductive organs or hormone levels directly.
- Psychological factors: Stress or anxiety related to illness might influence sexual function.
If you notice persistent issues such as decreased libido, erectile dysfunction, or other sexual health concerns lasting beyond your recovery period, it would be a good idea to consult a healthcare professional. They can evaluate for other causes and provide appropriate guidance or treatment.
Overall, most men regain their normal sexual function after recovering from dengue fever without any long-term problems.

I was diagnosed with a 5 mm stone in my urinary bladder about a week ago, and my doctor told me to take veltam 0.4. The stone passed the very next day, and now, five days later, the ultrasound showed no signs of any abnormality or stone. I can't seem to reach my doctor at the moment, so I'm wondering if it's okay for me to stop taking the medicine now. What do you think?
As the size of the stone is large thats the appropriate procedure, follow your doctors advice

Had surgery for primary obstructive mega ureter two months ago where they also removed two stones. Still have five stones left in my kidney, and recovery's been rough. Now they found a urethral stricture and dilated it two weeks back. Should I be worried about the remaining stones or the stricture coming back? What's the next step here?
