A doctor advised me to do a CBC, FBS, and urine test as I had itchiness, pain, and irritation on the clitoris and labia, along with some medication. Please tell me what the urine test indicates. I have attached the urine test report. Please suggest?

If the urine shows pus cells or bacteria, it suggests a urinary or genital infection. Continue prescribed treatment and maintain hygiene.

I have attached the same in the chat. Xray report is also normal. Now doctor told to get urine tested. She had UTI 3 months back. Can someone suggest what should we do now? I developed an infection after having unprotected sex with my girlfriend. I started experiencing a burning sensation while urinating and noticed yellow discharge from my penis. I got my discharge tested at a pathology lab, and the report states No gonococci seen, few gram negative cocco bacilli seen, and a large number of pus cells seen. Could you please explain what this means.
