Asymptomatic gallstones don't need surgery; regular monitoring and dietary adjustments may be sufficient.

I've been having some stomach pain and my doctor did an endoscopy. He mentioned something about an h pylari or h capitalliary infection. I'm on this Sompraz hp kit now, but since I started taking it, I've been having really loose stools and feel like I can't control it. Is this normal? What should I do?

Given the blood groups you mentioned: - Mother (O+) - Father (B+) - Child (A+) _It is theoretically possible_ for the child to have the A+ blood group, as the ABO blood group system is controlled by multiple genes. However, it's essential to explore this further. Regarding DNA testing, you can ask for a: 1. *Parentage Test*: Also known as a Paternity Test or DNA Paternity Test. 2. *DNA Profiling*: A test that analyzes specific DNA markers to determine biological relationships. Some common DNA tests used for parentage testing include: 1. *Short Tandem Repeat (STR) Testing*: Analyzes specific DNA markers. 2. *Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) Testing*: Amplifies specific DNA sequences. Before proceeding, consider the emotional implications of DNA testing and discuss them with your family and a genetic counselor if needed.

I had jaundice 3 months ago but recovered 2 months back. Now I'm having upper stomach pain again, tests showed bilirubin at 3.4 and an ultrasound found 6mm gallstones. The doctor recommended gallbladder surgery - is there any way to treat this without surgery? Can these stones dissolve on their own?

I've been having this bad breath issue for a few months now, and I've noticed these bumps at the back of my tongue. Also, my nasal passages seem to take turns being blocked every couple of hours, like one side lets me breathe and then it switches. On top of that, I burp really loudly every hour. I know I have a thyroid problem, low Vitamin D, low calcium, fatty liver, and dry mouth. Could all these things be connected somehow? Should I be worried about these symptoms?
