View allMy wife is 6 weeks and 4 days pregnant. On 31st August 2022, her urine report indicates a trace of protein. Earlier on 19th August 2022, there was no trace of protein in the urine. Is this a matter of serious concern?

Earlier, my urine was foamy, and a previous urine report showed trace amounts of protein. So, I underwent further urine tests including USG Abdomen & Pelvis and microalbumin tests. I have attached these reports and would appreciate help in understanding if everything is okay now. Currently, my urine is clear.
