View allI've been feeling weak for about a month now. Even after something simple like climbing stairs or a bit of exercise, my heart rate goes up and I just feel exhausted. My appetite seems fine, so I'm wondering if it might be a vitamin or mineral deficiency or something. I also had a cough a while back that lasted over a month, and Ive been feeling this weakness ever since. What could be going on here?

I've just tested positive for COVID in an RT PCR test a couple of days ago. I'm a bit worried and not sure what medications I should be taking right now. Currently, I'm on Telma 20 for blood pressure, and I'm experiencing some mild cold symptoms along with body aches, but no cough or fever. Could you advise on what I should do?
