I've been applying Smuth cream for my piles as prescribed, and it's been helping to reduce the size. But now, I've started experiencing really itchy sensations around my anus and the area beneath my scrotum. It's gotten to the point where I can't stop scratching, and now there's this flaky, dry skin developing and peeling off when I do. The doctor suggested I try a sitz bath, but I'm just wondering if there's anything else I should be doing or if this is something to be concerned about? Its really uncomfortable, so any advice would be appreciated.

I've been dealing with really bad piles and heard thuthi leaf might help but I'm breastfeeding my 4-month-old is it safe to take? I don't want surgery, what else can I try for relief?

Thuthi leaf lacks safety data in breastfeeding. Try stool softeners, high-fiber diet, and topical creams. Sitz baths can provide good relief without surgery.
