A few months ago, I was diagnosed with PCOD, which improved after taking medication. Since then, I have been trying to lose weight, but progress has been very slow over the past 7 months. My periods are now normal, but my gynecologist is suggesting an AMH test. I am confused about what this test will reveal. How does the AMH test help in understanding PCOD and its potential for recovery or curability?

I am 18 years old. My periods started at the age of 12, but I suffered from heavy flow. I took herbal medicines, and then my period came after six months, but later it stopped. I have tried allopathy, homeopathy, and Ayurvedic medicines, but there has been no result. My AMH test report is 0.04, E2 is below 10, progesterone is 0.2, FSH is 133.06, and LH is 45.55. I am diagnosed with PCOD. My periods are either 10 days early or 10 days late, with brown bleeding. Periods continue for more than 7 days with light bleeding. Is it possible for me to conceive naturally? I am very concerned about this. All my hormone and thyroid test results are normal. I am 26 years old, 5 feet 4 inches tall, and weigh 69 kg.
