I consulted 7 months ago. The doctor said that both tubes show tubercles and sacculation. After that, I had laparoscopy, PCOD drilling, and dye test. Now the doctor has suggested IUI. But I want a quick result. My question is, can I not get pregnant through regular sexual intercourse? Please tell me exactly what I should do?

Your history shows bilateral tubal damage (tubercles, sacculation), which may block or reduce natural conception chances. Though youve had laparoscopy, PCOD drilling, and dye test (++ result), physical intercourse may still not lead to pregnancy easily. IUI (Intrauterine Insemination) is often suggested when tubes are damaged but the uterus and ovulation are okay.

My wife HSG test report is attached. The doctor says she has a half uterus and a single blocked fallopian tube. We would like to know what we should do next. Can we go for hysteroscopy and laparoscopy, or consider IVF? Which option is better for us, with a higher chance of success, lower risk, and less pain? Please guide us.

My report says that my eggs are not growing properly. Yesterday, my doctor gave me an HMG injection, but even after that, the follicle size has not increased. Will I still be able to get pregnant? What could be the reasons for this issue, and is there any home remedy or lifestyle change that can help improve egg growth?
