Your history shows bilateral tubal damage (tubercles, sacculation), which may block or reduce natural conception chances. Though youve had laparoscopy, PCOD drilling, and dye test (++ result), physical intercourse may still not lead to pregnancy easily. IUI (Intrauterine Insemination) is often suggested when tubes are damaged but the uterus and ovulation are okay.

I am 18 years old. My periods started at the age of 12, but I suffered from heavy flow. I took herbal medicines, and then my period came after six months, but later it stopped.
