My periods are normal with a cycle of 28 to 32 days and a flow of 4 to 5 days. I am not diabetic, nor do I have any thyroid issues or cysts. My KFT is normal. How difficult could it be for me to conceive after marriage as I am 38 years old? My mom had her menopause at the age of 42. I am really worried. Your input would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi, I am a 35 year old female. I experienced a pregnancy loss at 18 weeks due to anhydramnios in October 2020. I am trying to conceive but have not been successful so far. Recent tests done on cycle day 2 show:
Prolactin: 26.98 ng/mL
TSH: 2.1 microIU/mL
AMH: 1.64 ng/mL
FSH: 8.5 mIU/mL
I had taken cabergoline after my pregnancy loss. Will the slightly elevated prolactin affect my chances of conceiving?

Hi, my husband and I have been trying to conceive for the past two months. I am 29 years old and have irregular menstrual cycles ranging from 29 to 37 days. I have been using OPK kits to track ovulation and get positive results each month, but I have not conceived yet. My blood reports from last year were normal. Should I start taking prenatal supplements, and would that help improve my chances of conception?
