Hi, my husband and I have been trying to conceive for the past two months. I am 29 years old and have irregular menstrual cycles ranging from 29 to 37 days. I have been using OPK kits to track ovulation and get positive results each month, but I have not conceived yet. My blood reports from last year were normal. Should I start taking prenatal supplements, and would that help improve my chances of conception?

If OPKs are consistently positive, you are likely ovulating. Continue trying. Start prenatal supplements with folic acid. If no conception after 6 months, consider checking thyroid, prolactin, and ovarian reserve.

Hello doctors, greetings. I am a 38 year old unmarried female. I am planning to marry next year. I am 5.3 in height with a weight of 49 kg. Hello doctor, it has been 4 years since my marriage. Still no child. My menstrual cycle is correct for four months, but gets extended in the fifth month for more than 10 to 15 days.
