I have a very low AMH of 0.2 and FSH of 12. My Vitamin D level is also very low. Can AMH improve by taking Vitamin D supplements? I underwent one monitored ovulation cycle, but the follicle did not rupture even after it grew fully. Is there still a chance of natural pregnancy?

AMH 0.2 and FSH 12 indicate low ovarian reserve. Vitamin D can support but wont increase AMH. Natural pregnancy is possible but chances are low. Consult a fertility specialist to explore IUI or IVF. Repeat Vitamin D, FSH, and TVS follicular scan.

Take a AMH Test (Anti Mullerian Hormone) Test or Take a FSH Test (Follicle Stimulating Hormone) Test

Hi, I am 25 years old. My periods are normal but since 2 to 3 months I am feeling dryness with no lubrication during intercourse. I suffered from covid in April and post covid I am feeling this dryness. I went to a doctor and did my AMH blood test on the second day of my cycle and my report came with 1.68. Is it a concern? What to do for natural lubrication? Will it affect if I plan a baby after 2 years as it is only 10 months of my marriage? Will I face menopause early? Please suggest what to do?

Since AMH is produced by antral follicles, can the AMH test show a lower value after oocyte retrieval in IVF? I recently underwent oocyte retrieval, and my AMH is now 1.33, whereas a few months ago it was 2.45. How could this change have happened?
