Hello doctors, greetings. I am a 38 year old unmarried female. I am planning to marry next year. I am 5.3 in height with a weight of 49 kg. My periods are normal with a cycle of 28 to 32 days and a flow of 4 to 5 days. I am not diabetic, nor do I have any thyroid issues or cysts. My KFT is normal. I consulted 7 months ago. The doctor said that both tubes show tubercles and sacculation. After that, I had laparoscopy, PCOD drilling, and dye test. Now the doctor has suggested IUI. But I want a quick result. My question is, can I not get pregnant through regular sexual intercourse? Please tell me exactly what I should do?
