found a 0.5 cm kidney stone on my usg but i don't have any pain just dealing with indigestion and acidity will it go away on its own or do i need surgery for this

My CT scan from March 3rd showed something concerning but I'm not in pain right now. Can this be treated with medication or is surgery the only option? Just wondering what my next steps should be since the pain has gone away for now
A repeat ct scan is advised to the patient. And a neurosurgery opinion is advised .
