Found a 21mm stone in my gallbladder and need to get it removed what's usually included in the total surgery package like meds and other costs?

I have a small 8mm inguinal hernia on the right side and want to avoid mesh implants I've heard about the Desarda technique using a tissue graft instead. Is it really as effective as mesh repair? Also, can you recommend places in India where I can get this surgery done?
