I've had a lipoma on my left arm for about 4 years now and it's been slowly growing bigger. It doesn't hurt but I'm wondering if there's any natural medicine that can help shrink it or is surgery the only option. If surgery is needed, what would be the approximate cost in Hyderabad

My ultrasound showed an umbilical hernia with omentum herniation that's irreducible and has thickening. There's mention of strangulation too. Since it's only omentum involved, is surgery absolutely necessary or can we manage without it?
