My mom is 66 years old and has been diagnosed with umbilical hernia and incisional hernia. She's 5'2¬ù and weighs around 83 kg. She's currently on thyroid meds and has had past surgeries like C-section, thyroid, liver abscess, varicose veins, and knee surgery. We saw two doctors one suggested hernia repair with abdominoplasty, while the other recommended open hernia repair using mesh and advised weight loss before surgery since she's overweight. I'm confused about which approach is better for her given her medical history and weight. What would you recommend for her case?

I've been diagnosed with gallbladder stones a month ago - they're 10mm, 11mm, and 13mm in size. For the past 3 months I've had constant fever and chills, extreme weakness that makes it hard to even go outside, bad bloating and indigestion, plus my eyes and face look yellowish.
