Found a 7.1mm kidney stone in my scan but no pain right now. Just worried can it be dissolved with meds or is surgery the only way? What are my options?

My right ureter is a bit dilated in the middle and there's a 7mm stone in the lowest part. Do I really need surgery for this or can it pass with just medicines? I'm a bit worried about what to do next.
A 7mm kidney stone in the lower ureter, especially with associated dilation, likely won't pass on its own and surgery may be needed. While medications can help with pain and potentially aid passage, they are not a definitive solution for a 7mm stone.

I've noticed that the skin on the upper part of my penis doesn't open up properly, and the last time I had sex, it started bleeding and was really painful. I'm not sure what to do about it. Could you give me some advice?
It sounds like you may have experienced a condition called **phimosis**, where the foreskin is too tight to retract fully. It's important to avoid any further trauma to the area. I recommend seeing a healthcare provider, preferably a urologist, for a proper examination and treatment options, which may include topical treatments or, in some cases, a minor surgical procedure.
