I've been noticing that I get a cut on the upper skin of my penis every time I have sex or masturbate. It's just at the tip and sometimes it itches with a small drop of blood showing up. I've tried so many ointments but nothing seems to work. I'm 45 and this whole situation is really affecting my sex life. Can you please help me figure out what might be going on?

I'm 28 and about to get married but I have a foreskin that doesn't retract. There's no infection, but my friends suggested sunthi surgery. I'm scared about the procedure can this be fixed with medicines instead? If I need surgery, where should I go and how much does it usually cost? Also how many days will recovery take

Circumcision is a very safe procedure. Certain ointments have been tried but in my experience I can tell you that they don't actually work. So better to go for circumcision. It just requires a maximum of 1 day hospitalisation. Cost would differ from hospital to hospital.

I have a 4.5 mm stone stuck in my upper ureter causing grade 1 hydronephrosis. Will drinking lots of water and taking meds help pass it, or do I need surgery for this?

I haven't had intercourse yet but I have a tight frenulum should I wait to see if it improves or consider surgery right away? I'm not sure what the best option is for my situation
