Found out I have two gallstones 12mm and 11mm but no symptoms at all. Should I consider surgery now or wait until I start feeling pain or other issues?

View allYesterday, I had this really scary moment where my food got stuck, and I started coughing. It got so bad that I ended up throwing up, and during that, it felt like my whole body was shaking. After that, I started feeling this pain in my shoulder, neck, and arms, and there's also this burning and sharp pain in my chest. And now, every time I sneeze or cough, there's this sharp pain on the left side of my chest. I'm kind of worriedcan you tell me what's going on and if there's any medicine or something I should be taking?
Ecg and cardiac markers are advised to the patient.

I've been prescribed Tryptomer and I'm taking it after my evening meal, but I've started experiencing heartburn only at night since starting it. Is this a known side effect of Tryptomer? Should I be concerned or do anything about it?
The symptoms you're experiencing, such as headaches and thirst, are likely due to the high dose of Vitamin D3. Consider taking the supplements every 10-15 days instead of weekly. Also, increase your water intake to alleviate thirst and drink water before taking the supplement. To quickly recover from Vitamin D3 deficiency, maintain a balanced diet rich in Vitamin D sources (fatty fish, fortified dairy products, mushrooms). Consult your doctor for personalized advice and to monitor your Vitamin D3 levels.

I've been feeling really off since I ate at this remote place on Saturday. I woke up the next morning with diarrhea, fever, and just like my energy was drained. I can hardly stand or sit for long periods without feeling exhausted. The doctor gave me Unienzyme and NorflaxTZ with electrol, and while the fever's gone, the diarrhea is still hanging around. Is this normal? Should I be worried that it's not stopping? What can I do to feel better faster?
