I got a complete body profile test and found that my hemoglobin and RBC are below average. Please tell me how to increase them. My serum triglycerides and VLDL cholesterol are above average; please tell me how to decrease them. My thyroid is under control because of medications, but if possible, can you tell me how to manage thyroid without medications? I have attached my report. I have been having light bleeding for a month. The doctor has advised me to take Pause MF to stop the bleeding. I have taken all hormonal tests, PCOD, and thyroid tests, and everything is within the normal range. Can I take Pause MF to stop the bleeding? For how many days can I take it?
