Good evening sir or madam, please see my test report and suggest remedies and what you think is most relevant for me. My height is 172 cm and my weight is 90 kg. I do not use alcohol, cigarettes, junk food, cold drinks, or oily food. I do approximately 20 minutes of yoga and a daily walk after meals. I eat only 2 to 3 rotis, use dry fruits, hand made juice, and some eggs and non vegetarian food. I am a UPSC aspirant, so I have to study 10 to 12 hours daily. I consume proper water and sleep. Please suggest?

I am pregnant and currently taking iron supplements and bifolate tablets, yet the results have not changed. Does mildly hypochromic indicate anemia, and should I consider getting a thalassemia test done?
