Got hit on the temple, and it's swollen. It really hurts when I touch it or if I open my mouth. Plus, I've got this headache. Do you think it's something I should be worried about?

View allI'm really worried because my wife just swallowed a Karvol Plus capsule with water instead of inhaling the steam through her nose. Now she's experiencing a cooling sensation in her stomach, but luckily, there aren't any other symptoms at the moment. Could there be any side effects from this? What should we do next? Can you please advise?
Accidentally taking Karvol Plus capsules orally instead of inhaling the vapor through steam may cause stomach upset or discomfort due to the camphor, menthol, and eucalyptus oil ingredients; however, since your wife is only experiencing coolness in the stomach without other severe symptoms, monitor her condition closely and encourage her to drink plenty of water to help flush out the system;

I was cleaning my bathroom with Clorox bleach spray and kind of went overboard with it. Now, for the last 4 hours, all I can smell is bleach. I even took a nap hoping I'd get better, but when I woke up, I still smelled the bleach. Then, out of nowhere, I got these really bad lower abdominal pains and ended up vomiting an hour later. My stomach doesn't hurt as much now, but it's still uncomfortable. Should I be worried and maybe go to the emergency room, or is it better to just try and relax until it passes?
Based on your symptoms of severe lower abdominal pain, vomiting, and prolonged exposure to bleach fumes, it is important to seek medical attention promptly. These symptoms could indicate chemical exposure and potential irritation or damage to your gastrointestinal tract. I recommend going to the emergency room for evaluation and treatment. In the meantime, you can take activated charcoal to help absorb any remaining toxins in your stomach. The usual dosage for activated charcoal is 25-100 grams for adults.
