Got an MRI done for my right knee as the doctor suggested. Can you take a look and let me know if surgery might be needed? I can share the MRI images with you.

View allMy left ACL tore completely three years ago and I've been managing without surgery so far. Is it okay to keep postponing the surgery or should I get it done right away? I'm worried about long-term damage if I wait too long
Delaying ACL repair may cause joint damage—get MRI and orthopedic opinion if knee gives way often.

my son has been diagnosed with Osgood-Schlatter disease in his left knee and I'm really worried about how serious this is does it usually cause long-term problems what kind of precautions should he take to manage the pain and prevent it from getting worse also will he eventually need surgery for this condition
Osgood-Schlatter is usually self-limited. Avoid jumping/running, apply ice, and stretch the quads. Rarely needs surgery unless fragments dislodge or symptoms persist into adulthood.

Can a partial ACL tear heal on its own without surgery and how long does it usually take for the knee to feel normal again
Yes, a partial ACL tear can potentially heal on its own without surgery, especially for less active individuals. However, the recovery time can vary, typically ranging from 3 to 6 months for those without surgery. The focus of treatment is on reducing inflammation, improving knee stability, and gradually increasing mobility through physical therapy
